Refund and Cancellation Policy

Acceptance You agree to these Terms and Conditions the moment your fees are paid, indicating agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This includes all one-time, monthly recurring, and yearly service fees.

Charges Charges for services are defined on this website, expressed throughout Lorem-services marketing collateral, provided through email communication, and are detailed on your invoice and receipt of service. Payment for services must be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard).

One-Time Charges | Paid in advance Monthly Recurring Charges | Paid on the 1st of every month and paid one month in advance Yearly Charges | Paid 1-year in advance

Please note work cannot commence until all fees are paid. If your monthly recurring or yearly charges remain unpaid for 30-days, your service may be paused and/or canceled without notice. Pausing or canceling service due to non-payment does not void any balance owed to Lorem-services and all balances must be paid in full before service can be restored or renewed.

Client Review Lorem-services provides you with unlimited opportunities to review the appearance and content of all materials, websites, and marketing campaigns before going live. Once live, you may be charged additional fees for extensive changes to your website or marketing campaigns, which include re-designs, additional content development, custom graphics, or other services provided by Lorem-services.

Default Accounts unpaid for thirty (30) days after the date of invoice will be considered in default. Any account in default which maintains information or files on Lorem-services servers, which include websites, emails, content, imagery, or other materials related to your business which was gathered throughout the course of providing service to you, Lorem-services may remove all such material from Lorem-services servers and/or disable access to your account. Removal of such material, and disabling access, does not relieve your obligation to pay any outstanding charges assessed to your account. Accounts in default agree to pay Lorem-services reasonable expenses, including attorney fees and costs for collection by third-party agencies. Reinstatement of service will require payment in full of all outstanding fees.

Turnaround Time Subject to timely provision of materials and review of services, including website, content, and imagery. All timelines are dependent on individual requests and service requirements. Timelines will be provided through phone or email communication and will be noted for accuracy in the Lorem-services database. It is the client’s sole responsibility to respond to Lorem-services inquires when prompted to ensure a smooth transition and delivery of service. Turnaround times can also be affected by previous service provider(s).

Automatic Renewal Yearly services are automatically renewed two months prior to renewal. The renewal date is the same day you originally signed up on and the service is renewed for the same length of time. Package prices may increase in value over the term; therefore, the cost of service may increase upon renewal. You have 72-hours before the renewal date to notify Lorem-services if you do not wish to renew. All monthly recurring services do not have terms lengths and are month-by-month. Lorem-services requires 72-hours notice if you wish to cancel service before your next bill date.

Refunds and Credits There are no refunds or credits of any kind. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure all services and fees are understood before commencing with service. In cases of automatic renewal, it is the client’s responsibility to notify Lorem-services 72-hours before the renewal date if you do not wish to renew. If your account is renewed and you choose to cancel, no refund or credit will be provided for the amount of service remaining.

Termination Termination of service can be requested by phone or email and will be effective on receipt of such notice. Telephone requests for termination of service will not be honored until, and unless, confirmed in writing by the business owner. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be paid in full.

Lorem-services reserves the right to cancel or deny service or edits if the content sent to Lorem-services is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or against any provincial or federal laws. Lorem-services has a zero-tolerance offence policy in the matter of drugs, firearms, violence, and pornography. Any and all data sent to Lorem-services with such materials will be deleted without notice and your service will be terminated without notice. No refund or credit -will be granted in such cases.

Right To Pull By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to give Lorem-services the right to remove any and all services you are subscribing to for failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, including violation of any licensing agreements and/ or failure to pay fees duly assessed.

Copyright Custom artwork, graphics, content, collages, logos, banners, or other materials provided to Lorem-services or created exclusively and specifically for you by Lorem-services, and for which Lorem-services was paid in full, become your property, and you grant Lorem-services the rights to use such imagery and materials for promotion(s) as we desire. All other materials created by and for Lorem-services remain the exclusive property of Lorem-services. You must obtain permission and rights to use any information, or files, that are copyrighted by a third party, and you agree to indemnify, and hold harmless, Lorem-services from any and all claims resulting from negligence or inability to obtain proper copyright permissions. Every design and/ or request for placement of an image or content on your website or marketing campaign shall be regarded as a guarantee by you to Lorem-services that all such permissions and authorities have been obtained. Evidence of permissions and authorities may be requested by Lorem-services before placing such images or content on your website or in a marketing campaign.

Standard Media Delivery Any information requested by Lorem-services technical support/ customer support teams must be provided by email. All photographs and other graphics must be provided electronically in .gif, .jpg, .png, or .tiff format. Additional expenses may be incurred, and will be invoiced accordingly for corrective work, conversion of media files, or outside facility charges.

Legal Restrictions Lorem-services's services may be used for lawful purposes only. Submission, transmission, or maintenance of any information or materials in violation of any local, provincial, or federal statutes and/or regulations is prohibited and strictly enforced. This includes, but is not limited to, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene. Lorem-services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without providing reason or cause.

Access Requirements Due to the need for heightened online security, all client access to all back-end systems is removed. You will only have access to your email(s) and the Lorem-services Analytics Dashboard.

Service Alterations Lorem-services cannot accept responsibility for any alterations caused by a third party accessing your services once access is given. Such alterations include, but are not limited to additions, modifications, or deletions.

Indemnity You agree to indemnify, and hold harmless, Lorem-services from any and all claims resulting from the use of Lorem-services's services that cause damage to you, your business, image, brand, or by a third party accessing your account.

Disclaimer Lorem-services makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the services Lorem-services provides. Lorem-services will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, which may result from the use of Lorem-services services, including loss of data resulting from delays, non-delivery, or interruption in service. You acknowledge and agree that Lorem-services cannot be responsible for service interruptions caused by Acts of God, or other circumstances beyond Lorem-services's control.

General These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements, and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance of Terms and Conditions of any order submitted. Once agreed, you constitute agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Lorem-services reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, but every attempt to provide notice will be made. All Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable.

Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the provincial, and federal laws of Canada, the United States of America, and any other countries in which Lorem-services conducts business or has a regional office, which shall claim venue and jurisdiction for any legal motion or claim arising from these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are void where prohibited by law.
